Subject: Forecasting Method

I set the time horizon in 2020-2029. I have input rainfall data from 1989-2019 by "read from file" menu. then that menu shows the numbers and graphs of future data (2020-2029).
I want to ask what method is used in the WEAP algorithm in determining future data forecasting on the "read from file" menu?
I have searched in the help menu and user guide too but haven't found an answer to that question. thank you
Ms. Anne Hereford

Dear Erwan,
If you have given WEAP data for 1989-2019 and checked the box to "Cycle" the data, WEAP will repeat the data for years beyond 2019. Ie, WEAP will use 1989 data for 2020, 1990 data for 2021 and so on.
If you want to use a more complex/refined method, you will need to generate the future projections yourself and then load them into WEAP.
