HI I have made a model in weap having one reservoir and there are 2 scenarios 1 is reference 2 is buffer coeffcient changes and 3 is hydropower potential. in above two scenarios the maximum turbine flow is same but in hydropower potential maximum turbine flow is greater than other two scenarios. but in results durin some months the hydropower generation in buffer coefficient is higher than hydropower potential. what could be the reason
