I am experiencing an issue with displaying a shapefile in WEAP on one computer.

The file opens correctly on another PC (it is displayed on the map without errors), but on the current computer:

the attribute table is readable

the objects are loaded

no error messages appear

however, the layer is not visible on the map

Parameters:

CRS of the file: WGS 84 (EPSG:4326)

All required files (.shp, .shx, .dbf, .prj) are present

I kindly ask for assistance in identifying the cause, as the file itself is valid and works properly on another device.

It is possible that the issue is related to local WEAP settings, map cache, or the coordinate system configuration of the area.

Sorry for the issue. Let me see if we can help. It is true that it needs to be in Geographic Coordinate System of 1984. That is usually the cause here. But, it sounds like you've confirmed it's already using that.

Can you help me understand- are you saying the shapefile displays correctly in WEAP on one computer but not in the other? Where is the file stored? Could there be a directory issue when the WEAP model is moved?
