I am doing a study on water available for main catchments in South Africa. I have choose 1994 as my current account. I have a problem with finding data for other catchments as there is variation in available data. So I want to know if it's possible to use various current account years for different catchments but for one study.

This is a common issue. You cannot use different Current Accounts years for different catchments in WEAP. However, there are a couple ways to deal with this common issue. One is to change the Current Accounts year of the model and to focus on the calibration of only certain catchments for each run, changing the year for other catchments. The other is when using the Read From File Wizard to change the Base Year Data from (or modify the YearOffset using the syntax in the Expression Builder) so that your catchments are actually reading in data from a different year than that specified for the overall model.
