Buenas tardes Agrego capa vector a WEAP, y cuando tiqueo para visualizar no me permite, la capa vector esta en coordenada geográficas, no se que problema podría ser si alguien me puede colaborar.

WEAP necesita archivos en el formato WGS1984. Esta usando WGS1984? Por lo demas, a veces son problemas con el formato del numeros en archivos de los datos. Algunos paises usan "," por el decimal y otros usan "." A veces este puede crear problemas.
WEAP needs shapefiles to be in the WGS1984 format. Is your file using WGS 1984? Otherwise, there are sometimes problems related to the number format of input data. Some countries use "," to mark the decimal while others use "." which can sometimes create problems with input files.
