Subject: same water values of water demand from different scenarios based on projected rainfall from different RCPS and SSP

I am in a semi arid environment, the average rainfall for the rainy months can be up around 80mm per month.

1. For scenarios , using projected rainfall amounts (2020 to 2100) from different RCP's and using water year method, it seems I get the exactly the same water demand, but rainfall amounts are not exactly the same. the scenarios are based on the current accounts. If base them say on reference, they will be exactly the same as reference scenario

2. for water demand: is the minimum value, a thousand cubic meters. can the model give water demand less than thousand cubic meters, or thousand liters?

3. If the water demand is less than thousand cubic meters or thousand liters, what value will I get.
