hi I want to do cross basin analysis can we do it. If it is possible kindly tell me how and what is the technique used for it by using weap softwear/model. My objective is to analyze two basin by using weap comparative analysis. Need expert level answer please.

Yes, WEAP is especially strong at analyzing large-scale regions, including multiple river basins. Off the top of my head, I would recommend a study modeling several different river basins in the western USA: https://agupubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1029/2022EF003220.
