Anyone with a copy of or a link to the WEAP Model Inspector tool (.xlsm)? I need to calibrate my model. I'd appreciate.

I want calibrate obsered and simulated stream flow using WEAP Model Inspector .but from where i obtain WEAP Model inspector?
