What are WEAP advantages over SWAT?

The advantage of WEAP over SWAT is that it WEAP has more flexible data inputs, whereas SWAT requires significant amounts of data. WEAP also performs priority based water allocation, whereas I am not sure if SWAT does. If you do have a lot of input data available, then SWAT can offer very detailed results.
