Subject: Run of river hydropower in Series question

Hello
I had a doubt and hope someonecould help me.

If I have several run of river hydropower stations in series (e.g. in the same Diversion channel), there is only one abstraction point at the beginning, and the station further downstream requires more water than the others (let’s assume that this is the case), would WEAP provide the required water to the one downstream even if the Energy Demand of the first station can be covered with less water than the one required in the one downstream? Would this change if the station upstream has a Maximum flow that is smaller than the flow required by the station downstream?
Regards
Juan
