In my study area, there is a lake can i use "other supply" node for lake.

I use a reservoir node for lakes. Reservoirs are lakes, so the reservoir node in WEAP can vary in water capacity stored based on the flows coming from the river, which is probably what you want. Also, this way you won't have to break up your river.
