Hello WEAP users
I just began use PEST calibration, just try to run this one as available function in WEAP.
But I always see the message errors like that:
Error: ActiveX component can't create object:'WEAP.WEAPApplication'
Code: 800A01AD
Source: Microsoft VBScript runtime error.
How can I fix this problem?
Are there any software I have to install more?
Thank in advance
Quoc Pham

It sounds like WEAP may not be registered properly in the Windows Registry. This should happen during installation, but perhaps there was a problem.

The first thing to try is to run WEAP as administrator (right click on the WEAP icon and choose “Run as administrator”).

If that does not help you can manually "register" WEAP. Make sure WEAP is not running. Right click on the Windows "Command Prompt" program and choose “Run as administrator”. In the command window, go to WEAP program folder (e.g., C:\Program Files (x86)\WEAP) and run:

WEAP /regserver

Nothing visible will happen when you do this (you will not see WEAP start), but it should add the correct entries to the Windows Registry to allow you to run it outside the GUI.

Does that help? If not, please uninstall and then re-install WEAP.
