As part of a European FP7 project (IMPRESSIONS see http://www.impressions-project.eu/) we are running a case study on Central Asia under high end climate scenarios. The case study specifically will look at the implications of high end scenarios in Central Asia for China and Russia. Transboundary water governance - and climate impacts on transboundary systems - is a key trigger for wider impacts across energy, agriculture, food security, migration and security.

Any previous studies using WEAP for any of the major transboundary river basins in the region would provide useful inputs to this process.

Please contact Magnus Benzie (magnus.benzie@sei-international.org) if you have any suggestions. More information about the case study is available on request.

Many thanks!
