I don't know of any upcoming WEAP trainings in Iran.

WEAP users in Arab League countries can attend trainings conducted by the Arab Center for the Studies of Arid Zones and Dry Lands (ACSAD) and the German Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR).
