Hello,

I'm a beginner in WEAP modeling activities.I'm working for one river basin management project and I have a problem with the results for the reservoirs.
I have water going out from its to different demands that I've build, but besides that I have another value "outflow to downstream" which is a value consuming all my water from the reservoir.
I assume that this value should be actually the E-flow, which is a constant value, but mine is not.
Can someone advise me, please, how to manage with that? Maybe is something very simple but I have to present the results very soon, so I have to find quickly a solution to solve the problem.

Thank you!
Mr. Jack Sieber

There are two reasons that a reservoir will release water to downstream:

- The reservoir level is above the top of conservation pool
- There is demand downstream that "requested" it, either instream flow requirement or demand site withdrawal
