It is easy to have multiple inflows to a lake. For example, if rivers A and B both flow into a lake, create a reservoir on river A, then create river B so that it flows into river A immediately above the reservoir.

How do you want to model the multiple outflows from the lake? Are these natural outflows? Are they always in a fixed proportion, e.g., 60% flows out to river C and 40% to river D? (you cannot model a fixed split like this in WEAP) Or do the outflows depend on the downstream demands on the different rivers? This could be modeled by a diversion coming off of the river immediately below the reservoir.
