I would like to know how could I create an entry flow in a specific location in the river?

Also, if there is a difference between having a headflow in a tributary of a larger river or put in this river a inflow

To represent surface inflow to a river, you can either create another river on the Schematic and have it flow into the main river and enter the inflow as the headflow of this tributary, or you can enter the inflow as "Surface Water Inflow" on a reach on the main river. Both approaches will give the same results for streamflow in the main river.
