please have someone from you who can send me the CSV type file for the daily flow observed.

Dear Khalid,

In WEAP, open up the Help menu and search for the words "CSV" and "Daily." A set of topics will come up. The first of those topics is called ReadFromFile. Open that up, and about 2/3 through it is a sub-topic about date format for daily data in a CSV file.
