I started entering my demand sites by entering one by one Water Use permits which are sub sectors and mostly individual Irrigators and other how do I add sectors on top of like a group of Irrigators, I would like now to group these demands into Agriculture, Hypro-Power, Domestic Use Industry etc, I am using WEAP working on the Little Ruaha, Rufiji Basin Tanzania.

I would considering grouping your various groups of demands (agriculture, domestic, industry) into single demand sites by type (agriculture, domestic, industry), and then sub-dividing the actual industries or agricultural users. You can find an example of this in the WEAP tutorial (www.WEAP21.org/tutorial) in the module "Refining the Demand Analysis."
However, if your different demands are withdrawing water from different locations in the river, aggregating them this way will not enable an accurate representation of the system (although, depending on what points you're examining, this may not be a problem).
The only other organization method I might suggest is structuring your information the way you want it under Key Assumptions, and then having separate demand nodes link to that data. I don't know how much this will help with the modeling, but it might help with organizing your thinking.

I am so glad you considered assisting me. I have already managed to refine my demand.
However, I would like you to assist me again,
Kindly assist me. I am still learning about this Model, I have managed to follow the Tutorial Manual and I am failing to get to a point of getting the following answers;
1. How much water is left in the particular reach after abstracting for a particular use
2.How much water do we have? How much water are we using and how much water do we need.
MY SCREENS LOOK LIKE THIS...
1. Supply requirement including loss reuse and DSM completely equal to or same to unmet demand
2.Inflows to area always equal to outflows to area
3.Supply delivered equals zero to every year every month
What have I not entered? kindly assist.

My first guess is that you have not connected your water supply to your demand sites, or that your water supply is empty. Do you have a river? How do you enter data into the river? Do you have transmission links?
Supply required is the amount of water a demand sites needs. If it equals unmet demand, that means there is no water getting to the demand site. Which is confirmed in the fact that there is no supply being delivered.
