After the calibration, I am unable to export the results to the excel since the extensions for export and import of data become inactive. Kindly advice....

Moses,
Are you speaking of exporting the results to Excel, or export expressions to Excel?
In the results screen, what happens if you click on "Export Table to Excel"? What happens if you click "Export Table to CSV format" from the results screen?
If you are speaking of Edit --> Export Expressions to Excel, it will be disabled from the results screen. Click on Data first, and then you should be able to access.
