Can I use the latest version of Gurobi solver? or only the ones suggested in WEAP help, version 7.0 or 7.5? I have asked Gurobi but they are saying those two are too outdated. Izt only 32 bit required or 64 bits can now work in WEAP.

Because WEAP is a 32-bit application, it cannot use the 64-bit versions of Gurobi. The most recent 32-bit version of Gurobi is 7.5, which is included with WEAP.
