We are searching for short term consultant who would be able to travel to Afghanistan for 4 weeks and conduct a Robust Decision Making Workshop utilizing the “XLRM” Framework. The findings of this workshop and the XLRM components identified will be integrated into the WEAP application in the selected basin.
