Hi, I am using WEAP model for evaluation of water demand and supply. current account is 2008 and reference is 2009-2016 and a reservoir is operating only 2016, it means start up year for operation of reservoir is 2016. Please let me know how to add initial storage.

Dear Rateb,
When you build a reservoir in the future, it doesn't have initial storage - or you can think of your initial storage as zero (the reservoir starts out empty). Once it becomes active (in your Start Up Year), it will start filling from a value of zero.
Initial Storage only applies to reservoirs that already exist in the Current Accounts year - WEAP wants to know where to start counting from in the very first time step of your model.
