Hello,
I read WEAP's manual, I detected that there is a mention about Min turbine flow, but why I can not find where is "Min turbine flow" tab in WEAP interface.

Perhaps you are looking at an older copy of the User Guide? The "Minimum Turbine Flow" data variable existed in an older version of WEAP, but not in the current version.

Thanks Jack,
So how WEAP can determine minimum flow that turbine can generate hydroelectricity if you have removed "min turbine flow".
