Are there any tool to sensitivity analysis for the calibration parameters in WEAP model?
You could try using scenarios to set boundary conditions of various parameters for a sensitivity analysis.

Can you tell me more detail how to do that, I'm not familiar with WEAP model.

We have a Tutorial available to familiarize people with the WEAP model and show them how do use many of WEAP's features, including the scenarios. You can download the Tutorial at www.WEAP21.org/tutorial.
