Subject: Programming additional linking rules for tranmission links

Dear forum members
I am interested in exploring setting up transmission link rules that reflect changes in river turbidity (using as a surrogate, rainfall for example already uploaded for a particular water supply catchment and perhaps month - to reflect seasonal vegetation cover)Has anyone any advice / examples of how to do this?
Thanks
Mark
