Hello,
I have done regional water resources planning, and I want to know that how much water is available in the system, so that using supply delivered values I can evaluate how much water is left.
Please suggest me the procedure if any.

hi
you have to go for performance criteria such as reliability, hashimoto 1982 is the best reference.
