I organized monthly precipitation data in excel from 1985 - 2014 but the model will not let me upload.
As I organize data to upload the model without problem?

You should organize weather data in csv format. Hope it helps.

Also make sure that your first column is year, your second column is months (if that is your time step), and then the third column is your data.

First export a csv file from data view in WEAP located in right corner, then in that csv file arrange your data, put ',' in place of link separated value and save the file.
now using read from file option you can import data in csv format.
