objective of the paper is
assessing the major demand ( irrigation,watwr supply and enviromental)
Would anyone please let me know if the data structure used in WEAP and the procedur i followed and also any better mannul ,only 2 month left

you kinde engidaw you can prepare flow data ,for example if your flow data starts from 1990 you should rite years on first column ,month on second and values on third column just you prepare for swat model and save it in txt(delinated)format then you can call it with read from file.the format looks like
1990 1 .025
1990 2 .023
1990 3 12.03
1990 4 .85
1990 5
1990 6
1990 7
1990 8
1990 9
1990 10
1990 11
1990 12 and you continue till the lat year of ur flow
1991 1
