This query is for members of WEAP forum:

I have applied the WEAP soil moisture model to study the stream flow changes due to climate variability of a river basin in South India.

WEAP model was applied for my study area for the current period 1971-2000 and future period 2011-2040.

Stream flows show no significant changes; however model shows higher evapotranspiration values for future period when compared to current period.

Are these findings significant? or in other words, when future rainfall changes are similar to current conditions, future stream flows show no changes when compared to current period - however PET has risen.

Thanking you

Usha
