If so how can I integrate the following three scenarios;
-Climate scenario (RCPs)
-Development Scenario (Current, intermedeate and Longterm development)
-Adaptation scenarios (Changing reservoir operation system,Introducing New pressurized irrigation technology, What if change of cropping Pattern and what if additional water storage s are introduced.

WEAP is designed to model water flows and inform water management decisions. When you download WEAP, you can follow the tutorial to create a study area in the Abbay Basin, Ethiopia (in the “WEAP in One Hour” section).

The scenario features in WEAP will allow you to create the following scenarios (among others)
a) Different climate scenarios in which you will be able to create hypothetical data for dry years and wet years, depending on what you want to examine (see “Using the Water Year” under “Scenarios” in the tutorial, although depending on what you’re trying to do, there are other ways as well)
b) Scenarios with different projections for population growth and subsequent water demands. These can be modeled over the time period you specify for the whole model, but you can examine different growth rates in different scenarios. See the section “Creating and Running Scenarios” under “Scenarios” in the tutorial)
c) Scenarios with infrastructure that effect water supply and demand, whether they are changing agricultural practices (see the example of washing machines in the WEAP tutorial, “Modeling Demand side Management” under “Refining the Demand Analysis”) or changing infrastructure (see the tutorial section for “Reservoir Modeling”, under “Refining the Supply”)
