I am carrying out an evaluation of WEAP for comparison purposes, and am not clear on what water accounting capability it has.
Can someone please indicate which of the following capabilities WEAP has?
Annual accounting
Continuous accounting
Capacity sharing
Surplus flow sharing
Ownership systems
Transfer of ownership/Resource assessment
Environmental contingency allowance
