Subject: Reservoir always fullfilled

Dear all,
i'm having problems with my model. Actually, the reservoir is always filled till it reaches the storage capacity and it keeps constant. I don't know why, but it takes enough water from the rivers or groundwater to keep it filled.
Does anybody have an idea where the problem could be?
Thanks in advance
Mr. Jack Sieber

WEAP will only release water from a reservoir if there is a downstream demand for it (either an instream flow requirement or a withdrawal for a demand site) with a higher priority than the reservoir's priority for filling, or its priority for hydropower. Do you have demands downstream of the reservoir that are not being met from other supplies, such as groundwater or another river? Do those demands have higher priorities (a higher priority has a lower number -- 1 is the highest priority)? Also, a reservoir cannot release water below its Top of Inactive level.
