hi i am new to weap , i am using it for my thesis about Tianchang county in china total area of 1773 sq km . i just finished the tuturiol and now finding the input parameters for the model. my main aim is to investigate supply and demand and forecast .how do i use WEAP to access water shortage?
and is anyone in china who could communicate with me?
