Is there a way to change the units with "Import from Excel" option?
As it is now, I put all the data in via Excel, but then I have to go to each branch and change the units (e.g. "people" or "CMS"), which is tiresome.

No, there is no way to change the units with the Import from Excel option. I hope to add this feature in a future version of WEAP.
