I would like to use WEAP to visualize (and possibly modify) results of a flow distribution strategy determined outside of WEAP. I need to be certain that I am assuming the same network (nodes, branches, bounds) outside of WEAP, as are used in WEAP (i.e. must be able to export network info from WEAP), and must be able to give to WEAP (import into WEAP) the externally developed flow strategy. Can any part of this be done?, If exporting is possible, where would I look in the users manual to see the formats of WEAP outputs (flows entering and leaving each node and branch, and losses).
