Technical Support

Limited technical support is provided at no charge to licensed users of the system. Various options are available for obtaining support. We request that you first make use of the WEAP technical support forum. This site provides a moderated forum for users to request and receive technical support and to discuss WEAP-related issues with other users.  You can get there from the WEAP Main Menu option: Visit WEAP Technical Support Forum.

To request technical support by email, go to the WEAP Main Menu option: Help, Send Email to WEAP Support.  You can describe your question or problem, and WEAP will automatically attach information about your system and the WEAP error log.  You will also have the option to attach the most recently saved version of your area dataset to the email.  

Finally, before requesting help, be sure to check to see if a more recent version of WEAP is available. Use the "Check on Internet for Updates" on the Help menu to check for a newer version over the Internet, and then install it onto your PC. Note that this is the preferred method of updating the software as it requires a much smaller download compared to a full download and installation of the system.
